Filmed on the Panorama Park stage in Deep Cove, here is a 3 minute sample yoga flow. As it is a challenging choreographed sequence of moving standing postures, I would recommend that you practice this flow once you are warmed up with a set of sun salutations or after a sweaty cardio workout! Remember to repeat the flow on your other side!
