In this week of classes, we tended to the inner relationship we have with ourselves. We affirmed "I am willing to learn to be my own best friend." We noticed what it felt like in the body to synchronize flowing movement, powerful breath, and affirmations such as "I am alright, right now" and "I love & accept myself just the way I am."
